We are looking for a forward-thinking, technically adept Lead AI Strategist to lead enterprise-wide Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) programs. This role serves as the bridge between business and technology, steering transformation projects across multiple industries and corporate functions.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong foundation in AI platforms, RPA, data analytics, and ERP systems. You will design and implement scalable, high-impact solutions that improve efficiency, deliver measurable business outcomes, and empower employees.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI & RPA Strategy: Define and implement enterprise-wide AI/RPA roadmaps aligned with corporate goals and evolving market needs.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with business units in automotive, IT, energy, logistics, engineering, geo/material testing, travel, retail, and corporate services to identify transformation opportunities.
3. Business Use Cases: Partner with leaders to select and prioritize AI initiatives that maximize efficiency and productivity.
4. Technical Leadership: Guide design, deployment, and scaling of AI/ML models, RPA solutions, and analytics platforms with a focus on security and future readiness.
5. ERP Integration: Drive AI adoption within ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, etc.), optimizing HR, finance, legal, supply chain, and CRM operations.
6. Change Management: Lead employee training and adoption strategies, ensuring smooth integration of AI initiatives.
7. Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs, track ROI, and report project progress to executive leadership.
8. Innovation: Stay ahead of AI, RPA, data analytics, and Generative AI trends, encouraging experimentation and best practices.
9. Vendor Management: Build strong partnerships with technology providers and solution vendors.
10. Risk & Compliance: Guarantee all implementations meet internal policies, regulatory standards, and ethical guidelines.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
7+ years in AI, machine learning, RPA, or related disciplines.
2+ years in strategic leadership roles managing AI roadmaps and enterprise-level initiatives.
Technical Expertise:
Advanced knowledge of AI/ML platforms (Generative AI, NLP, Deep Learning, Computer Vision).
Proven deployment experience with AI/ML and RPA solutions, including ERP integrations.
Strong ERP knowledge (Oracle, SAP) and enterprise software systems.
Skilled in analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
