JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Financial target: Generate CASA Deposit of USD 1 Million per month.
• Onboard 15 A/C (relationship) per month.
• Conduct targeted sales & marketing to expand client base for CASA deposit.
• Actively pursue new business opportunities to surpass sales targets.
• Identify potential customers through market research, referrals, and networking.
• Generate leads through various channels and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Present product or service features & benefits to potential customers.
• Utilize sales techniques to close deals and convert prospects into customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster customer loyalty.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• Provide feedback on customer needs and market demands.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, leads, and closures.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
• Adhere to relevant laws and regulations governing sales activities.
• Address customer inquiries effectively.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

• One year plus experience in local market primarily in marketing/sales (banking industry)
• Must hold a valid local driving license
