An exciting opportunity to join new projects with a leading Oil & Gas Operator based in Qatar. They are looking for HVAC Engineer .

Job Description Highlights:

Experience: 12 Years minimum in the Middle East
Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
Qualifications: ASHRAE Certified or equivalent
Working Hours: Day Shift and or Night Shift
Minimum experience of 12 years directly related to HVAC design and installation of industrial Middle East conditions. (Sub-stations, Analyzer buildings, Main office buildings and maintenance shops in a Green Field or Brownfield situation of all types and sizes).
Proficient computer skills a must including excel and power point.
Manage all buildings within the RLP project and manage the HVAC activities to ensure the Contractors/Subcontractors proposed designs are in accordance with Company specifications, working with both Company and Contractors APE’s (Area Project Engineers) to ensure compliance with all required regulations, specifications which also includes Safety and Quality.
Oversee the projects through final design, procurement, pre-commissioning, mechanical completion and assist with any requirements from the commissioning teams to their conclusion.
The HVAC engineer is responsible for all permanent RLP project site facilities on both Polyethylene and Ethylene.
Undertake advisory, administrative, compliance and practical duties to keep sites organized and operating within budget and time projections.
Works directly with and contributes to the HSE teams and HSE programs to ensure compliance by all personnel onsite.
The HVAC engineer will intervene if site conditions may cause safety issues or concerns, work with their contractors site management to review schedules and if required suggest adjusting
