Loyalty Specialist

Position: Loyalty Specialist
Contract Duration: 3 months (extendable)
Location: Qatar

Job Description:

1. Strategic Planning
• Develop and execute an annual Loyalty marketing plan to drive enrollment and increase engagement.
• Design and implement targeted loyalty campaigns to boost admissions growth.
• Conduct data analysis to understand customer behaviours and enhance future campaigns.
• Regularly review and stay updated on loyalty trends, integrating insights into planning.
2. Marketing
• Deliver loyalty marketing campaigns on time and within budget to influence customer behaviour and increase sales.
• Keep loyalty sections on the website and app updated and aligned with customer needs.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team and Creative agency for relevant artworks and collateral, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Communicate loyalty POS production requests and ensure timely delivery to cinemas.
3. Analytics & Reporting
• Provide detailed analysis of performance (enrolment, earning, redemptions, revenue) and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and suggest enhancements.
• Analyse revenue impact and develop a monthly dashboard with key loyalty KPIs.
4. Loyalty Program Management
• Serve as the main point of contact.
• Train operations and call center teams on NPC processes.
• Coordinate with IT to implement promotions and improve customer experience.
• Setup automated communications and manage at-cinema execution of loyalty campaigns.
• Handle any NPC-related issues or complaints.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
• Degree in Marketing, CRM, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in managing loyalty programs with a strong focus on data analysis.
• Bilingual in English and Arabic.
• Strong knowledge of movie culture.
Functional Competencies:
• Proficiency in email marketing and use of emailing tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
