Property, Contract, Collection, and Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Qatar
*Key Responsibilities: *
– *Property Management: *
– Oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of our properties.
– Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
– Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and address maintenance requests.
– *Contract Management: *
– Manage contracts with tent .
– Negotiate contract terms, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
– Monitor contract performance and compliance.
– *Collections: *
– Develop and implement collection strategies to optimize revenue.
– Maintain accurate records of tenant payments and outstanding balances.
– Handle collections, including contacting tenants and initiating legal actions if necessary.
– *Maintenance Supervision: *
– Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks for our properties.
– Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring work is completed to satisfaction.
– Budget and expense management for maintenance activities.
*Qualifications: *
– Proven experience in property management.
– Strong knowledge of property management principles, contract negotiation, and collections strategies.
– Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to effectively communicate with tenants and team members.
– Financial acumen and budgeting experience.
– Knowledge of sustainability and energy-efficient practices is a plus.
– Arabic speaker
