Debt Collector Vacancy in Qatar
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
2. Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payments status.
3. Handle questions or complaints.
4. Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
5. Update account status and database regularly.
6. Submit weekly report for the debtor’s payment status.
7. Create trust relationship with debtors when possible to avoid future issues.
8. Alert superior of debtors unwilling or unable to pay when necessary.
Additional Required Qualification:
• Preferably Arabic and English speaking.
• Qatar driving license is a must.
