Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering with a focus on design. The candidate should have extensive experience in consultancy firms, demonstrating the ability to manage various projects effectively. UPDA certification (Grade C or B) is required to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative mechanical designs based on client requirements and project specifications.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to optimize designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, structural engineers, and project managers to ensure successful project execution.
• Prepare detailed drawings, models, and specifications using CAD software.
• Perform feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential design challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering technology and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations throughout the design process.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams as needed.
