Exp: 8 to 10 Years

UPDA MMUP Certification required.
Immediate joiners with transferable NOC preferred.

Skill Set:
Resource planning and deployment including material management fitting to construction requirements.
Preparing ITP
Preparing Method statement
Preparing WIR
Review of shop drawings & As-Built before submission to client.
Preparing BBS and request for steel reinforcement.
Calculating & requesting the quantity of material which has to be ordered for work.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
Reviewing of upcoming tasks and to arrange materials in advance to complete the task without delay
Planning, Execution & Quality.
Development of construction plan and finalization of deliverable schedules and executing the daily work plan.
