PLANNING ENGINEER (MEP)
BSc/BTech Degree qualified MEP Planning Engineer with over 3 yrs experience is required.
Prepare detailed construction schedules for assigned projects, including resources and cost loading in Primavera P6.
Identify the project deliverables and milestones & create a work breakdown structure for the project(s).
Visit sites, verify progress data and produce daily, weekly and monthly reports, S-Curves, Histograms and Risk Registers.
Perform Delay Analysis, Prepare EOT claims and identify irregularities & discrepancies relating to time.
