Job Description:
Extensive experience in the MEP industry.
Proven people management skills, including the management of subcontractors.
Managing duty phones, answering all the calls, updating the call register, and allocating resources to rectify the faults.
Managing various systems at different sites.
Managing Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Reactive Maintenance.
Practical hands-on approach.
Excellent people skills with proven mid-level management qualities and the ability to motivate others.
Excellent communication, organizational, planning, and time management skills
