Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Engineer with a basic technical background to join our team at METEK Trading Company WLL In this role, you will work closely with our sales and technical teams to provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of technical concepts and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions.
Assist with product implementation and provide ongoing technical support to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their technical inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather customer feedback and contribute to product improvement efforts.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively position our products and services in the market.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in a sales engineering or technical sales support role.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
