JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Product knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of electrical items to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
•Customer Interaction : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their electrical needs.
•Sales Strategies : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
•Quoting and Pricing : Provide accurate and competitive price quotes based on customer needs
•Technical Assistance : Utilize technical knowledge to assist customers in selecting the right electrical products for their specific applications
•Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products and market demands
•Documentation : Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and other relevant information.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in electrical sales (at least 3 years) or a related field
- Strong understanding of electrical items
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Technical knowledge in the electrical field is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other relevant tools
- Proficiency in Sales Software
- Preferably Nationality : Indian / Filipino
