We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Assistant to the Office Manager. This role provides essential support to our office manager, ensuring the efficient functioning of our workplace. Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Aid the office manager in daily administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Manage the inventory of office supplies and initiate orders when necessary.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Communication:

Act as a liaison between the office manager and staff, promptly relaying messages and inquiries.
Professionally answer phone calls and greet visitors courteously.
Record Keeping:

Maintain organized records and files, both physical and digital.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for meetings.
Office Organization:

Ensure the office environment remains tidy and organized at all times.
Support in coordinating office layout changes and maintaining equipment.
Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training in office administration is advantageous.
Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with office equipment and procedures is beneficial.
