Operation Executive
Responsibilities
– Plan and conduct manpower recruitment and placement to job sites/teams
– Interview and select suitable candidates to increase and maintain manpower
– Implement and review the operation SOP for the job sites/teams
– Implement improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
– Facilitate compliance with regulatory requirements and Workplace Safety and Health policies, procedures and regulations
– Review training needs to implement training plans for staff
– Manage and handle client feedback and on-site incidents
– Manage and review staff daily attendance and performance
– Monitor and ensure smooth running of daily manpower operations, arrange for replacement of staff as and when necessary
– Manage equipment and supplies inventory and replenishment as and when necessary
– Planning and ensuring orientation for all new staff and job sites
– Conduct site visits and advise on manpower requirements and costing for jobs
– Transporting teams to and between job sites as and when required
– Assist at job sites as and when required
Qualifications
– Must have experience in recruitment, Manpower Supply Staffing and Business Development
– Excels at multi- tasking at fast-phased environment, completing projects within time and budget constraints.
– Setting up and establishing relationships – with Old & New clients and candidates
– Extensive experience in team handling and management
– Designing and delivering Client specific presentations.
– Identify and develop new clients with high volume/high quality sales calls Source candidates using web based tools, networking, databases and head hunting
– Drafting proposals, negotiations, account closures, expectation setting and agreements on commercial
– Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas
– Implementing Recruitment policy, procedures in order to select right candidates, Client interaction for the feedback, Handling End-to-End Recruitment
– Liaisons between all impacted departments to ensure proper communications and reporting practices.
– Monitoring progress, tracking trends and implementing improvisation to increase effectiveness of the Recruiting Methods.
– Prepare, distribute, and ensure publication of press releases in all targeted geographic areas.
– Weekly updates on upcoming projects and status of work in progress.
– Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations.
– Establish and maintain current Client and potential Client relationships
– Maintaining proper follow-up with clients.
– Must be dynamic and aggressive with regards to achieving sales targets.
