Roles & Responsibilities
• Managed PA, PY, TM and OM Modules
• Managed of SAP systems and payroll releasing
• Developed data reporting and analysis upon requests from users
• Managed daily support for System Users
• Functionality and overall performance while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Design, configuration and testing in All HCM sub modules.
• Analyse the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the client’s needs.
• Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards.
• Exporting all required reports as per entities needs.
• Creating change request to respond to client’s requirements as per Qatar labour law.
• Testing all change request on ERQ before established on ERP
• Suggesting the solutions best suited for the implementation of Client HR Business process.
• Successfully completed Open Sap training for SAP HR for all modules.
• Provide support of SAP HR modules, maintain and stabilize HR modules in SAP system; Payroll, Time Management, OM, PA, ESS/MSS.
• Created organizational units, jobs, task and positions assigned the tasks to positions and integrated all of these into the enterprises organizational plan.
• Customized the basic settings for Personnel Administration.
• Proficient in executing various actions in PA40 on need basis.
• Hands on practice on Adhoc Query.
• Provide end users training.
• Hands of practice in LSMW
• Prior knowledge in Data migration activities
