Job Title: Lead Offshore Structural Engineer
Location: Doha, Qatar
Client: A Leading Oil & Gas Company
Type of Position: Permanent
Brief JD
•Bachelor degree in Civil/Structural engineering discipline
• Minimum 20 – 25 years of experience in the design of offshore structures/platforms
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as Lead Structural Engineer
• Hands-on experience on SACS, Experience in the Gulf region would be an advantage
• International codes and standards – API RP 2A, AISC, DNC
• Basic and detailed engineering of offshore structural, both Brownfield and Greenfield.
• Design of fixed offshore platforms, Jacket, Deck FPSO
• Geotechnical design of piles and conductors.
Local candidates with transferable visa preferred, due to visa constraints.
