Payroll Specialist oversees and monitors the processing of schooling allowances, business related expenses and other benefits. The incumbent implements the process to ensure accurate administration of
the school and benefits provided to employees.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
– Must have bachelor’s degree or master’s degree
– 5+ years of Progressive experience in Payroll and Benefits Administration.
– Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Payroll and Benefits Management.
– Ability to apply systems thinking and approaches.
– Demonstrated ability to work effectively within an international and multi-cultural environment.
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
– Fluency in written and spoken English
