We are currently looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/COORDINATOR.
Must have the following qualifications:
* Experience in event coordination is an advantage
*With knowledge on making quotations, invoices and purchase orders
* With good communication skills (written or verbal)
* Can work under pressure
* Knowledgeable of different microsoft office applications
* Willing to adjust to event’s timings. Flexible work hours.
* Must be here in Doha/with QID/transferrable visa.
