Position: Process Expert

Location: Doha, Qatar (Local hiring with Valid Qatar ID)

Job Description:
-Analyze existing processes: Analyze existing software development processes to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
– Develop and document process improvements: Develop and document process improvements, working with project teams to ensure that enhancements are implemented and sustained.
– Develop and deliver training: Develop and deliver training to project teams on new processes and procedures, ensuring that they are properly understood and followed.
– Facilitate process improvements: Facilitate process improvement projects, working with project teams to ensure that they are properly planned, executed, and monitored.
– Develop metrics and KPIs: Develop metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of software development processes, and identify areas for improvement.
– Monitor process compliance: Monitor compliance with software development processes and procedures, identifying and addressing any non-compliance issues.
– Conduct process audits: Conduct process audits to ensure that processes are being followed and are effective in achieving desired outcomes.
– Collaborate with project teams: Work with project teams to identify and resolve process related
issues, and to provide guidance and support in implementing process improvements.
– Stay up-to-date with industry best practices: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices for software development processes and incorporate them into process improvement initiatives.
– Continuously improve processes: Continuously review and evaluate process improvement initiatives, identifying areas for further improvement and implementing solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.
