Responsibilities:
– Lead the execution of EPC projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
– Foster a culture of collaboration and communication among project teams to drive success.
– Proactively monitor project progress and performance, implementing strategic solutions to overcome challenges.
– Forge strong partnerships with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to procure materials and services efficiently.
-Champion safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental sustainability throughout project execution.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
– Proven experience 15+ years within the EPC, Pipeline, Piping, or Oil and Gas industries.
– 8+ Years GCC Experience is Mandatory.
– Strong Projects Management Skills.
– Sound Understanding of Contract Management and cost containment.
– Strong Leadership and communication Skills.
– Competent in negotiation and client relationship.
– Proven Experience in Monitoring Project activities.
– Expertise in Weekly / Monthly Reports.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
– Arabic Speaking Candidates preferred.
