REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Must be a CA/ACCA/CPA
• A Master Degree is a plus
• Must have 12 to 15 years post graduate relevant experience of which at least 5 years in a managerial role in a large organization.
• Must have the ability to articulate the big picture, combined with a self-directed advancement and achievement of agreed outcomes.
• Must have excellent anyltical skills and must demonstrate exceptional skills in leadership, communication, negotiation, & financial reporting.
• Must have a stable career path and experience in managing a finance team.
