Quantity Surveyor / Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Conducts thorough property inspections and assessments to gather relevant data for valuation purposes.
- · Prepare detailed inspection reports, including photographs, measurements, and descriptions of the property’s condition and features.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks (Especially Multiple Inspections on a daily basis)
- Capable of working within the deadline and ensuring the work is done as per the client given time.
- Create and update valuation records and databases with all related documents.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, Report deliveries, etc.)
- Support administrative works for the valuation department.
Requirements:
- Valid Qatar ID/ Residence Permit
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- Proven 2-5 years working experience such as document control, real estate, and facility management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Building Information Management (BIM) & Document Management Systems is a plus.
- Valid Qatar driving license and good working condition vehicle.
