Quantity Surveyor / Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts thorough property inspections and assessments to gather relevant data for valuation purposes.
  • ·  Prepare detailed inspection reports, including photographs, measurements, and descriptions of the property’s condition and features.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks (Especially Multiple Inspections on a daily basis)
  • Capable of working within the deadline and ensuring the work is done as per the client given time.
  • Create and update valuation records and databases with all related documents.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, Report deliveries, etc.)
  • Support administrative works for the valuation department.

Requirements:

  • Valid Qatar ID/ Residence Permit
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
  • Proven 2-5 years working experience such as document control, real estate, and facility management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Building Information Management (BIM) & Document Management Systems is a plus.
  • Valid Qatar driving license and good working condition vehicle.
