The Leads Administrator will be responsible for answering all incoming calls and emails related to property inquiries. This role involves effectively managing and distributing leads to the right person, namely the In-House Properties Handler and Brokerage Admin. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to potential clients regarding available properties and services.
  • Log and track all inquiries in the company’s lead management system.
  • Distribute leads to the right person: In-House Properties Handler and Brokerage Admin.
  • Follow up with leads as necessary to ensure timely response and excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and lead distribution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s property listings and services.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to lead management and distribution.
  • Provide regular reports on lead activity and distribution effectiveness.
