We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team, specializing in sourcing and hiring top talent for technical & non-technical roles positions (soft & hard services). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle and the ability to engage with professionals across various industries to fulfill our department’s hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
-Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical & non-technical roles (soft & hard services) from sourcing to onboarding.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with department managers to understand their hiring requirements.
-Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and networking to attract qualified candidates.
-Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure the right fit.
-Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and facilitate feedback.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics.
-Stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks relevant positions.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably focused on technical & non-technical roles (soft & hard services with FM background.
-In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing techniques.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and clients effectively.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
-Strong understanding of technical job profiles.
-Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment.
-Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
-Familiar with Qatar labor regulations and visa processes
