Finance Administrative Officer job vacancy in Rocky Logistics, Doha, Qatar
Responsibilities:
· Reviewing and reconciling accounts.
· Processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.
· Preparing regular financial and administrative reports.
· Maintaining record of monthly receivables and payables.
· Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
· Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
· Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as Accounts and Administrative Officer
· Solid knowledge of office procedures.
· Experience with office management software like MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Excellent English Communication skills, Arabic is a plus.
· Attention to details.
· Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or relevant field.
