Retail Sales Specialist – Lighting, Electrical, and ELV

We are currently seeking a Retail Sales Specialist with extensive knowledge of lighting, electrical, and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) products to join our team. As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert knowledge to our clients.

Responsibilities:

– Greet customers and provide expert advice on lighting, electrical, and ELV products
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
– Provide accurate product information and pricing
– Process customer orders and returns
– Meet and exceed sales targets
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments
– Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

Requirements:

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in lighting, electrical, or ELV related field
– Extensive knowledge of lighting, electrical, and ELV products, including fixtures, controls, and systems
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
– High school diploma or equivalent
