We are seeking a full-time Secretary – Receptionist (Arabic + English) with at least 2 years of experience. The position will be based in our Doha office. This is a busy and varied role providing general secretarial assistance to the Office. You will be working alongside a hard-working team with a warm and friendly network of colleagues across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

·        Receiving visitors; scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings; and managing diaries.

·        Making and answering phone calls in a courteous, professional, and helpful manner at all times, as well as emails, and screening all correspondence and forwarding them to various departments.

·        demonstrating the ability to work autonomously and flexibly, understanding priorities, and being confident in managing multiple tasks and changing priorities.

·        Work collaboratively with the team assistants across the firm and the wider corporate support teams, including HR, CRM, Facilities, Business Development, and IT, to ensure the smooth running of the team.

·        Assisting with internal and external hospitality events.

·        Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.

·        Provide excellent customer service.

·        Performing any other duties reasonably requested by the office staff in the field office.
