We are currently in search of a Senior BIM Coordinator specializing in architecture, and we are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Possesses a minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field.
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
- Establishes the initial REVIT® Project setup along with workflow documents.
- Initiates models for each project and readies them for the production team.
- Collaborates within a BIM/CAD support team to ensure consistent results.
- Conducts clash detection and prepares comprehensive clash reports.
- Offers desktop support for REVIT® Architecture, Structure, and MEP.
- Engages in content creation, including families such as parametric, formula, nested, and type catalogs.
- Collaborates with vendors from all disciplines on content.
- Provides support for linked views and addresses multiple model situations.
- Familiarity with 4D sequencing.
