Senior Design Manager (Infrastructure & Building)
Job Specific Skills:
• Candidate must have graduation in Architecture or Civil Engineering with MMUP /UPDA accreditation.
• Should have minimum 15 years of experience in the relevant field.
8 years of design management experience. (Infrastructure and Buildings )
• Should be able to design and review of technical drawings and to coordinate with Client & Contractors.
• The Design Manager will be responsible for the daily technical management of the Project including coordination between all design & construction disciplines. Experience of similar projects and managing multiple direct reports/projects simultaneously is required and the Design Manager shall be registered with professional orders and have a valid MME certification.
• Must have Consultancy /PMC experience.
• Candidate with temporary work permit from the current sponsor shall be preferable.
Joining: immediately
Duration: Six month – extendable after probotion, permanently employed by the Consultant for at least 3 years.
