The Senior Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in finance, specifically within the retail sector, and possess a deep understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
– Provide strategic insights to support decision-making and drive profitability.
– Monitor financial performance and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
– Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure budgets.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
