Hiring an innovative and creative Senior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team in Lusail. you will be instrumental in designing user-centric interfaces for our cutting-edge delivery applications and e-commerce platforms. Your expertise in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator, combined with your experience in web and mobile app design, will drive the development of engaging and intuitive user experiences.
Responsibilities:
1. Design Development:
– Create compelling and effective designs for web and mobile platforms using Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
– Develop UX wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites and apps function and look.
– Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
2. User-Centered Design:
– Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the usability and appeal of our products.
– Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
3. Project Management:
– Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion.
– Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
4. Innovation and Improvement:
– Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in UX/UI design.
– Propose and implement creative design approaches to improve user experience.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
– 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, specifically in designing for delivery applications and e-commerce platforms.
– Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
– Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design skills.
– Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
– Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
– Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
– Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
– Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
