Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will assist customers with travel arrangements, flight bookings, hotel reservations, holiday packages, and general travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide suitable travel options.
Make flight, hotel, and travel package reservations.
Prepare quotations and itineraries.
Assist customers with changes, cancellations, and travel-related requests.
Maintain good relationships with customers and travel partners.
Stay updated on travel destinations, fares, and promotions.
Requirements
Previous experience in travel consultancy or a related field is preferred.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Knowledge of airline reservation systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is an advantage.
Good English communication; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
Basic computer skills.
Candidates must have the legal right to work in Qatar.
