Site Engineer (MEP – Mechanical)

We are looking for a dedicated MEP Site Engineer to join our team. Responsible for managing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects and site control for construction projects, ensuring targets are met and risks are mitigated. Able to oversee and manage the day-to-day construction activities of the MEP team.

Responsibilities:
-Should be able to prepare plans, shop drawing, details, specified and cost estimated of Electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning and general piping system.
-Preparation of Engineering Technical Specifications for all Civil and MEP Projects.
-Monitoring site progress and quality of MEP (mechanical, plumbing, electrical) works and compliance with approved shop drawings and installation schedules.
-Oversee and direct on-site installations, operations, and maintenance of MEP systems.
-MEP Engineer has to identify problems in design, plan, manage and deliver multiple projects.
-Performs any other related duties and responsibilities consistent with the job title/position.
-Prepare a submit reports, memorandum, committee notes, tender evaluation reports, monthly reports and all other required correspondence.
-Liaises with internal and external stakeholders; as required.

Qualifications and Experience:
-Minimum 10 years of experience in the respective position is preferred.
-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil with Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or in a related Engineering discipline.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Extensive knowledge of civil and MEP engineering practices, plans and technical specifications legislations, procedures and practices.
-Extensive knowledge of the modern methods, techniques and materials used in the design, construction and maintenance of civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and engineering works for buildings and housing developments.
-UPDA Certified will be an added advantage.
