Position Summary:
 The role holder shall be detail-Oriented GIS Professional applying solid Knowledge in GIS industry and developing a GIS-specific strategic plan ensure a firm with a professional work driven environment with ESRI enterprise applications, Geographic Information System (GIS) Mapping & Data Conversion and system analysis to produce Geospatial data.
 System Analyst with proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS platform of software in preparation of GIS specification, GIS database management, system analysis, customization and application development, spatial modeling.
Key Responsibilities:
 Converting/Migrating Data from Engineering Detail Design or As-built data in AutoCAD (dwg) to the Standard Schema Templates Geodatabase (MDB or GDB) which complaint with the client standards and As-Built General specification of GIS/CAD standards Manual.
 Responsible for the on-going spatial data maintenance and the generation of maps and other GIS reports using ArcGIS Desktop & ArcGIS Server and AutoCAD 3D Map environment.
 Responsible to publish GIS Maps to the ARCGIS for server and updating the GIS Portal and the share the services to EAMS/ISMS/VMS/IBMS/CCTV/VTMS/IRMS
 Responsible for the services to be up and running with respect to GeoCortex, FME, FME Server
 Regular GIS Data Maintenance and reconcile versioning edited/updated data within an ArcSDE geodatabase utilizing ArcGIS Editor.
 Proven Analytical Skills problem solving using ArcGIS Toolbox for different analysis & technical quires for the preparation GIS data.
 Data Analysis and Using Model Builder/ Python, which can automate the workflow within in the GIS tools for managing and populating the data into ESRI ArcGIS Desktop.
 Data Conversion in different format (AutoCAD, Excel etc.) for loading the object into ESRI ArcGIS format using different tools and software.
 Usage of Licensed ArcGIS Info & Data Reviewer Extension of ArcGIS for QA/QC which is having inbuilt functionality to do Spatial & Attributional table checks for the validation of GIS data according to requirements and standards.
 Conduct various geospatial analysis to examine the field survey data thru GPS that follows the standards of Survey in which the datum is QND95 and methodology is according to Qatar Survey Manual.
