Sourcing Officer

We are seeking a motivated and experienced sourcing officer to join our team in the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure efficient procurement operations.
Prepare and analyze reports on procurement activities, costs, and supplier performance.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement processes.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in all procurement activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Any bachelor’s degree
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
