Ideal candidate should have following expertise
1.     Well versed with Oil / Gas, EPC, Power, Renewables & Energy sector
2.     Strong experience in Headhunting / Sourcing best talents
3.     Overall understanding of Qatar regulations / MENA recruitment
4.     Minimum 6+ years experience as Recruiter / Talen acquisition role
