We’re Hiring: Steel Structural Design Engineer (Local or from India)
Location: Doha, Qatar

Job Type: Full-time
We are looking for a Steel Structural Design Engineer with strong experience in designing steel structures and prefabricated buildings. Candidates available locally in Qatar or from India are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and analyze steel structures including portal frames, trusses, mezzanines, and modular/pre-engineered buildings.
Prepare detailed structural calculations, drawings, material specifications, and design documentation.
Use design software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Tekla, or similar tools.
Ensure structural designs comply with international and local codes (e.g., AISC, BS, IS).
Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, and project engineers during all project phases.
Review and approve fabrication drawings and conduct structural inspections when required.
Provide engineering support during fabrication and erection phases.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s is a plus).
Minimum 7+ years of experience in steel structure design.
Proficiency in structural analysis and drafting software.
Strong understanding of building codes and steel standards.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Candidates from India should be ready for immediate mobilization.
