This position requires knowledge, skills, and experience with up-to-date product knowledge of Telecom Engineering including Fiber Optics, ISPN, GSM, Security systems, and FTTH technologies. Responsible for developing customer solutions in the sales cycle. Shall support the Division with the required product information, communicate sales strategies effectively, bidding, presales, and support operation team in the entire liaison required.

Minimum Requirements:

·        A bachelor’s degree in Telecom Engineering and preferably with a Post graduate degree in Marketing / Sales.

·        Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry required.

·        Good experience in the bidding process, liaison, estimation, product knowledge, AutoCAD, and presentation (soft skills).

·        A Passion for sales and interacting with customers to meet their needs. Excellent written and oral communication with good presentation skills. Highly organized and punctual. The ability to unearth, analyze and document client requirements. Knowledge in the depth of Telecom enterprise will be weighted more heavily than selling experience in the hiring decision since the Technical Sales Engineer needs to be able to operate independently within operator environments.

·        Expertise with crafting, developing, and deploying value-added service solutions in the telecommunications environment.

·        Extensive experience in enterprise application deployment architectures, and environments and concerns scalability, performance, availability, reliability, security, etc.

·        Accountability and a strong customer service ethos are essential prerequisites for this critical role.

·        Good handle on selling approaches, documentation, and presentation of new technical concepts effectively to core Engineers and Engineering Management alike.
