We are looking for a SHOWROOM MANAGER, have minimum 12 to 15 years’ experience as Showroom/ Sales Manager in an Interior Decoration Business or Interior Building Materials & Furniture Showrooms, holding Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field, holding a Qatar ID and able to provide NOC to join our company located at Doha, Qatar.

Functions:
Your duties will consist of but not limited to:
Maximize company sales growth and profitability by overseeing all activities affecting the store personnel and operations, including sales, customer service, merchandising, and design of display.
Create an environment that inspires and encourages growth for all associates.
Delegate, supervise and manage responsibilities in the store. Act as the lead merchant for the store, with the assistance of the interior designers and employees.
Manage and coach all associates on setting and maintaining sales, service goals and standards.
Develop and execute the showroom vision and goals.
Maintain, enforce and supervise merchandising standards with regard to selling, stocking, cleaning and keeping the display in good condition.
Maintain an awareness of all product information, intranet communications, current advertising, promotions and catalogues, and communicate all pertinent information to store associates.
Maximize effective sales floor coverage with regard to scheduling, budgeting and appropriate staffing.
Develop the store, sales and payroll budgets.
Manage all aspects of bi-annual inventory and analyse results.
Oversee store maintenance and associate training regarding cleanliness of facilities and work place safety.
Promote and drive sales through effective associate training and development, customer service, inventory control and the management of design and displays.
Manage all aspects of performance of the sales team to encourage professional growth.
Manage the recruitment/hiring, promotion, disciplinary and termination process for all store associates.
Communicate effectively and efficiently with all company associates in both written and verbal form.
Conduct weekly meetings regarding customer service issues, product trends, associate performance and with appropriate associates at store, area and corporate office locations.
Provide weekly training to Sales employees.
Resolve the complaints received from customers.
Study inventory status and place orders based on stock availability and customer orders.
Collect pending payments from customers and expedite pending deliveries.
Monitor the Instagram and the other social media posts daily and add the necessary comments with the assistance of Marketing Department.
Achieve and exceed the showroom sales target.
Utilize online project resources, newspapers, market research, clients’ visits, networks, databases, emails and phone calls to assist in increasing the projects and outdoor sales.
Provide weekly reports using a standard template including a summary of daily tasks, Sales Team’s performance and sales results.
Make sure that the Sales Team members update the Sales Tracking Report on a daily basis.
Identify the weaknesses of our company competitors, and ensure to avoid the same mistakes to minimize losses. Monitor what our company competitors are doing, and create a strategy to make our products and services stand out.
Make sure the Sales team is present and on time in the showroom.
Maintain a courteous attitude when communicating with co-workers or subordinates.
Ensure that your Sales Team has a fair and accurate leave plan every year. In high and low seasons, the showroom operation should run smoothly, and overlap should be avoided.
Make sure the Sales Team does not disclose or transmit any confidential or trade secret information, or proprietary information, about the company and its subsidiaries, or about the company owners, including their names, occupations and contact information to any third parties.
Provide detailed explanations of the memos to ensure that Sales Team members understand our company policies, benefits program, and the rules governing the daily conduct of employees as well as the responsibilities, and ensure that these guidelines guide them throughout their employment with the company.
Ensure that your Sales Team’s appearance is appropriate to the workplace and the work they do.
Ensure that all the Sales employees are wearing the company-provided uniforms at all times in the showroom.
Make sure that the members of the Sales Team are wearing their name tags at all times in the showroom.
Report to the Human Resources Department of any violation occurring in the showroom so that an appropriate disciplinary action can be taken.
Skills:
Microsoft Office Suite & Google platform skills.
Good reading, written and verbal language skills (English).
Good interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills.
Basic math.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule.
