QUALIFICATION:
– Communicating with sellers/landlords in an effort to get instructions
– Arranging’market appraisals’ and photographs for the listing
– Handling inquiries from potential buyers and tenants – Qualifying customers and știining viewings
– Negotiating arrangements between the two parties
– Advising customers on market trends
– Making regular calls to all clients in an effort to establish long-term business partnerships
– In a normal day as a property consultant, you will spend around 50 percent of your time in the office networking and making appointments, and the other 50 percent of your time ‘taking-on’ properties and conducting viewings with customers.
– You must have a strong mentality and be well-prepared for this brisk market.
– Salary is on Commission Basis
