Qualifications

- Experience in performing receptionist duties and performing clerical tasks
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of travel and tourism services is a plus
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
