Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and automation solutions.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze customer needs and recommend tailored automation solutions.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our automation technologies to potential clients.
4. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and proactive sales efforts.
5. Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process and beyond.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our product offerings.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in electrical engineering with a focus on automation.
• Strong technical proficiency in automation systems, PLC programming, and SCADA systems.
• Excellent sales and communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales initiatives and meet/exceed targets.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
