Job Description: Graphic Designer (Qatar-based E-commerce Company)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an efficient and dedicated Office Staff member to join our Qatar-based e-commerce company. As an Office Staff member, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including billing, accounting, arranging and packing daily deliveries, office cleaning, and various other administrative duties. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities. This position offers a minimum salary and an opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities:

1. Billing:
– Generate and process invoices for customers.
– Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and payments.
– Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments.

2. Accounting:
– Assist in managing financial records and bookkeeping tasks.
– Prepare and maintain financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
– Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

3. Arranging and Packing Daily Deliveries:
– Coordinate and prioritize daily deliveries.
– Ensure accurate packaging and labeling of products.
– Collaborate with the logistics team to schedule timely shipments.

4. Office Cleaning:
– Maintain cleanliness and organization within the office premises.
– Regularly clean and sanitize common areas, including workspaces, kitchen, and restrooms.
– Monitor and restock office supplies as needed.

5. A to Z Work in Office:
– Provide general administrative support to various departments.
– Assist in managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
– Maintain and update office records and databases.
– Handle incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
– Assist in organizing company events and meetings.

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or courses are a plus.
– Proven experience in billing, accounting, or general office administration.
– Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
– Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
