- Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, client specifications, and applicable regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits.
- Review and approve method statements, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and project quality plans.
- Train site personnel and subcontractors on quality procedures and standards.
- Analyze non-conformances and identify root causes to prevent recurrence.
- Prepare and maintain QA documentation and reports.
- Perform inspections and tests on materials, work-in-progress, and finished work.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with the client and consultant for site inspections and approvals.
- Prepare inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective action records.
- Verify that materials received comply with technical submittals and approved samples.
- Monitor and maintain calibration records of testing and inspection equipment.
- Maintain QA/QC logs: RFI logs, test logs, inspection logs, etc.
