Our company is looking for experience Receptionist with pleasing personality and responsible for greetings of customers and visitors. In charge of giving customers directions, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail.
*Responsibilities*
?Deal with bookings by phone, email, letter, fax or face- to- face
?Complete the procedures when customers or visitors arrive and leave
?Tell guests about company facilities and services
?Deal with special requests from customers, like booking the facilities or storing valuable items
?Provide information about the surrounding area
?Prepare bills and take payments
?Deal with complaints or problems
?Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations

?Customer service skills
?Sensitivity and understanding
?Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
?Flexible and willing to render overtime or to work on a shifting schedule
?The ability to work with Team by accomplishing related results as needed
?Knowlegeable in Microsoft Applications
?Excellent verbal communication skills
?Administration skills
?Ability to understand people’s reactions

*Candidates with transferrable visa with NOC and valid QID
* Preferably with 1-2 years of experience as Receptionist.
