 Job description:

BSc in engineering or equivalent

Minimum 7 years experience of technical contract development and service agreements and preferably experience for Arabian Gulf region

Have knowledge in commercial practices and legal aspects

Prepare of prequalification, tenders and contracts

Provide advice and support services

Review, plan and executes contracts

Participate in the bid reviews of contracts for work/services/consultancy

Review contractor- supplied bid documentation, potential change request, material requisitions

Audit the associated documentation to ensure compliance with the requirements of the contract

Candidate must be flexible and able to work in different areas

Have good negotiation and decision making skills

Have a good knowledge of specialized computer applications

Excellent in English writing and language skills
