Provide supports to fleet coordinator mainly in updating internal operating procedures of vehicle replacement, new delivery, job order related to Ministries and other corporate or individual clients.
Control the customer services of ministry of baladiya, environment, finance, and katara.
Assigning drivers with providing replacement vehicles for customers, especially ministries.
Guide and direct customers to the workshop or dealership for maintenance services.
Ensure that customers satisfy with our service and communication with professional phone etiquette skills for achieving customer satisfaction.
Ensure those customer complaints are resolved in a professional manners
Provide supervision drivers to assistance customers for maintenance service or breakdown.
Determine work procedures, work schedules for drivers.
Ensure that the customer calls are handled and answered in a timely and accurate fashion.
Develop standard procedures to assist customer for an accident police report.
Maintain communication with customers via emails, phone calls, emails, etc.
Prepare documentation and reports on routine customer correspondence for future reference purposes.

Desired Skills & Experience

The candidate should have 3 to 5 Years’ experience in similar capacity or in Rent a Car business.

Must have a valid Qatar Driver’s license Willing to work under pressure
