QA Engineer

Coordination with Project Manager QA/QC Manager for selection of construction materials and their sources as per specifications.
Conducting trial mixes for concrete and getting approval from the consultant.
Coordination with Client/Consultant for field testing and approvals, also factory visits for approval of materials.
Follow the inspection and test plan as per the contract conditions & raising of inspection requests.
Inspection of materials delivered to the site.
Coordinating with 3rd party for a relevant test of materials and on-site tests as per Standards.
Documentation of test reports and maintaining their record and ensure that they are as per QCS 2014.
Follow up and close outs of site notes and NCR’s. Analyzing their root cause and

Implementation of mitigation measures, in order to avoid its repetitiveness.
Follow and maintaining the calibration register of equipment.
Preparation of daily and monthly QA/QC reports.
Conducting pre-start meetings prior to the start of any activity on site.
Conducting Quality Tool Box Talk prior to the start of any activity.
Coordination with QA/QC Manager for the following the day to day activities and

Implementation of QMS as per ISO 9001:2015.
Coordination with site staff to deliver a good quality product.
Reviewing the ITP of subcontractors and monitoring their work to meet the standards.
Coordinating with sub-contractors for stage wise inspection of every activity.
Preparation of Method Statements, Material Submittals and Pre-qualifications and follow up with Consultant for its approval so as to meet the approved program.

Skills & Experience

Degree in CIVIL ENGINEERING Must-Have MMUP UPDA certification GRADE A or B can Join immediately with NOC.
