Job Description and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 20 – 25 years of chemical process engineering experience in a similar EPC environment for Onshore / Offshore projects and having experience in Concept & sizable FEED and EPIC projects.
• Significant experience in team supervision and/or coordination.
• Develop and document a Process Design Basis.
• Experience with process simulation software (i.e., Aspen Plus, HYSYS, Pro II, Flarenet, Pipenet transient, OLGA etc.)
• Provide assistance to the HOD, as requested, in the areas of schedules, estimates, progress reports, meetings, procurement, activities, etc.
• Assist with Quality Audits
• Field experience including troubleshooting, start-up, commissioning, etc. would be a plus
• A deep and thorough understanding of codes, regulatory requirements, and industry practices. Experience with determining best practices and procedures while contributing to the development of new concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills allowing for effective communication in multidisciplinary project teams involving a representative from the client, other departments and other consultants and contractors.
• Develops process execution and quality plan for projects.
• Optimizes engineering analysis and solutions produced by Process engineering teams.
• Ensures good quality, schedule and cost of Process engineering activities within the project
