Customer Care Assistant
Requirements:
Open to all Arab Nationals, Male or Female
Candidates born in Qatar or lived for 10 years in Qatar is a must.
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is required.
Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
Bachelor’s Degree holder preferred.
Candidates on Family Sponsored visas are encouraged to apply.
Treat customers courteously and with respect; and provide accurate information.
Maintain a smooth, organized, and orderly flow of customer moving in and out of the company premises.
Receive and register customer queries, concerns and complains, and assist in resolving concerns in an appropriate manner in accordance with company policies & procedures.
Salary: QAR 8,000
